Welcome to the City of Clermont's online permitting service.  It offers you an easy way to apply and pay for permits with the touch of a button.

Once your permit application is received, a Permit Technician will be notified.  You will receive notification when your application has been processed and is ready for payment. Once paid you can proceed to print your permit card.

Please note:  Currently only permits that DO NOT require plan review can be submitted online.

This application does not guarantee that a permit will be issued.  You may not start work until the application has been processed, payment has been made and the permit is issued.  Starting work prior to the issuance of the permit will result in penalties and fees.

It is the property owners' responsibility to comply with any Homeowners Association requirements or deed restrictions that may apply.
