FOR DAILY INSPECTION REPORT, SCROLL TO BOTTOM OF THIS SCREEN, UNDER INSPECTIONS, CLICK ON SCHEDULED INSPECTIONS
Cut off time to cancel inspection is 6:30 am day of inspection
You will receive notification when your permit has been approved and is ready for payment. Once paid you can proceed to print your approved plans and permit card.

This application does not guarantee that a permit will be issued. You may not start work until the permit is issued. Starting work prior to the issuance of the permit will result in penalties and fees.
IN HOME INSPECTIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPTIONAL. CLERMONT RESIDENTS MAY PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHS THAT DEMONSTRATE A CODE COMPLIANCE INSTALLATION FOR THE FOLLOWING PERMIT TYPES: HVAC CHANGE OUT, WATER HEATER CHANGE OUT, AND WINDOW DOOR REPLACMENT
HVAC CHANGE OUT- PHOTOS SHOULD INCLUDE OVERALL VIEW OF AIR HANDLER AND CONDENSER, ALL LABELS, WIND LOAD ANCHORAGE, OVERCURRENT PROTECTION, CONDENSATION LINES, DISCONNECTING MEANS, ETC.
WATER HEATER CHANGE OUT: PHOTO SHOULD INCLUDE OVERALL VIEW OF WATER HEATER, THERMAL EXPANSION DEVICE, SHUT OFF VALVE, GROUNDING, PRESSURE RELIEF DEVICE, GAS CONNECTIONS IF APPLICABLE, ETC.
WINDOW/DOOR REPLACEMENT: PHOTOS SHOULD INCLUDE OVERALL VIEW OF WINDOWS, FASTENER SPACING, SEATING OF FASTENERS, TEMPERED GLASS IF APPLICABLE, ETC

PROJECTS- Projects for commercial site can only be submitted online once you have had a pre application meeting with staff. When you are ready for a Formal review, you must have a complete set of plans including Landscape and irrigation, Elevations, etc.
